Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do


  • Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
  • Organizing backlog grooming sessions where we use planning poker for the story points estimations of each new Jira issue.
  • Supporting the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
  • Liaison between the scrum team and the product management.
  • Forecasting number of deliverables for each sprint and reporting in the end an achievements report.
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
  • Coaching the scrum team in Agile processes.
  • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
  • Guiding the team towards self-organization and involvement into the team performance processes.
  • Strive for high quality and rapid output through the use of agile software development best practices
  • Keep on top of task and defect management system for assigned issues for each iteration as well as estimate and assess work priority
  • Plan by understanding the details (effort, risk, priority) of remaining work committed for a release
  • Plan and execute an incremental and iterative software development process
  • Contribute ideas to continually improve the team’s productivity, job enjoyment, and code quality

Here is some of what you’ll need


  • Strong focus on customer engagement.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Manager / or Agile PM in a professional services company managing the development or implementation of mobile, web applications and/or software products.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) is preferred
  • Experience with agile tracking tools, like JIRA, is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all staff and management levels
  • Business requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
  • Highly oriented on results. Ability to make the things happen
  • Experience in managing projects in a customer-facing environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or MSc, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Fluency in English
