We have an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist I to join our Safety And Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest. The role’s focus is to provide first level support for the One SPS e-Commerce platform ( internal and external).
Own the relationship with the platform’s users and make sure that they use the platform in an effective and seamless way. Work in collaboration with the customer support, technical support, channel and other relevant teams to address blockers and feedback. Conduct trainings and make sure the training material is up to date. Track usage of the platform.
Digital Marketing Specialist I responsibilities:
- Support customers on to use the One SPS e-Commerce: platform onboarding & training, account management queries and issues, order placement, order tracking and any other areas related to the usage of the platform;
- Refer any inquiries that cannot be solved by the e-commerce team to the appropriate SPS team (PIM, SAP, Customer Support, ISC, );
- Actively engage with marketing and business teams to deliver on the business commitments including revenue and user experience metrics;
- Actively engage with the technical support teams;
- Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising;
- Provide support with the training programs and processes;
- Track and report usage of the platform and main metrics.
Qualifications:
- Computer science, engineering, business or related degree;
- Hybris knowledge;
- Strong customer service experience with the proven ability to work with different cross functional teams;
- Web site content management systems;
- Web site measurement tools and utilities such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics;
- Knowledge of an ERP application (SAP/SFDC is an asset);
- English - spoken and written.
