What are you actually going to do?
  • email administration
  • keeping accurate evidence of the bank statements and correspondence via email/ fax
  • managing the Pillar 3 adhesions (nonstandard cases)
  • performing the contractual changes according to the requests received from the participants/companies
  • daily contacts with front office departments and employers to answer questions and resolve requests in an efficient and client-oriented way
  • outbound and inbound calls to/from P3 employers to collect the missing details or to confirm the unclear details or for any request from employer
  • registering the payment details in the specific applications
  • collaborating with the Collection and Pension Administration departments to solve various issues that enable the collection/ outpayments process
  • reconciliation of in-payments files with the collection bank statements

What do we ask of you?
  • University degree
  • proficiency in MS Excel, AS400
  • change oriented, innovative spirit
  • English skills (speaking and writing)
  • good knowledge of the processes and having context menu
