Expert Sales and Operations Planning Romania

Your task:

• Responsible for Sales and Operations Planning activities inside the country
• Conduct the S&OP activities in the Country in collaboration with Customer Demand Management
• Prepare local customer demand data and ensure information flow to Global Demand Management
• Prepare all the necessary data for the Country S&OP
• Conduct initial capacity checks and highlight bottlenecks
• Prepare and moderate Country S&OP Meeting
• Provide feedback from Country S&OP meeting to Global Demand Management
• Support the continuous optimization of resources and inventory level in accordance with the Country objectives
• Provide the necessary data for Supplier Long Term Forecast to Global Demand Management
• Ensure accuracy of master data needed for Supplier Long Term Forecast process
• Support the implementation in the Country of all standard processes and tools related to Customer Demand Management
• Support the MPS process in the Country by providing all the relevant data

Your skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master degree
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in automotive industry
• Good knowledge of Sales and Operations Plans, Supply Chain Operations
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Concepts, Supply Planning, Operations Management
• Knowledge of data analysis, documentation, GAP analysis, performance measurement, process management, continuous improvement techniques, project management, standards and procedures, lean manufacturing, Values Stream Mapping
• Knowledge of ERP Planning Systems, reporting tools, table and graph generation, What-If Analysis
• Ability to develop good working relationship with key partners
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Result oriented, highly analytical and highly organized
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
