To create, assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.Achmea background:
Through a slew of subsidiaries, Achmea is one of Europe's leading insurers, serving over 10 million

financial products. Its primary market is the Netherlands, while its other markets include Greece,

Project description:
Achmea recently started a migration project, migrating a Classic FICO environment to a New GL FICO
environment. This FICO environment currently runs the following main SAP modules;
FI-GL, FI-AA, FI-AR, FI-AP, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, TRM, CLM.
Achmea uses a list of other SAP applications which integrate data to FICO;
Collection and Disbursement, Bank Analyzer, Insurance Analyzer, Business Objects Data
Services, BW Datawarehouse, BCS Consolidation, BPC Planning, Disclosure Management,
Material Management, Sales and Distribution, Project system, etc.
The main goals for this migration project are;
Implement SAP standard processes.
Eliminate current custom development and manual.
Automate financial processes to the max.
Implement new SAP functionality contributing to Achmea processes.
Implement the First time Right and Straight to Process goals in our data flows.
This year we have started the first migration steps of FI-AA, CO-CCA, CO-PCA and TRM and aim to
realize the migration of CLM, FI-AR/AP and optimize some remaining steps of FI-NEWGL this year, the
full project is estimated to be ready at 2023/2024.
Working from home is required in normal Achmea situation and also during COVID19,
communication and meetings will be supported by Teams. Travelling to the Netherlands can be
required during the project and will be agreed in mutual consultation.
Each FICO module will be delivering a detailed blueprint during migration describing and explaining
its configuration.
During the transition period both FICO systems need to be operational and interact with one and
other.
Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with minimum 7 years of experience in FICO. A team player
understanding the fundamentals of financial processes. Worked in complex organizations and is
experienced with complex implementation projects, gained in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules
and integration with other SAP applications.
Skills:
Must have:
  • In-depth knowledge of the SAP FI and CO modules,
  • Experience with migration of complex SAP FICO landscape from Classic to new GL,
  • Team player with good communication skills,
  • A functional consultant with technical affinity and ABAP skills,
  • Commitment attitude,
  • Good communication with business and ability to gathering their requirements
  • Experience with scrum / agile / SAFe
  • Needs to be perfect in English language, spoken and written word
Nice to have:
  • Experience with SAP Treasury management
  • Experience with SAP BW (1.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview. (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
