- Coordinates and performs quality activities in following TE distribution centres: Distribution center in Arad, Distribution center in Pohorelice (EEDC) and Distribution center in Syrovice (SYDC)
- Key contact for TE customers and TE customer service in case of Quality issues
- Ensures compliance with TE values, standards and Quality requirements
Tasks Summary and Responsibilities:
- Compliance with system according to IATF 16949
- Responsible for customer/internal complaints and for appropriate reporting distribution
- Key contact person for TE customers, TE Customer service representatives, TE production plants and other TE distribution centres
- Communicates with external (sorting) companies including SCRAP buying companies
- Checks and verifies received material against documentation, control plan or any other relevant specification
- Prepares and sends material/components for further laboratory analysis (e.g. samples)
- Cooperation with G&W QA team / DHL QA team and other G&W / DHL WH departments
- Regularly creates and distributes/escalates an actual blocked stock report
- Creates SAP SCRAP quality notifications
- RMA (Return Material Authorization) processing
- Participates regular Quality meetings
- Organizes systemic and physical movement of scrapped material out of distribution center in cooperation with G&W/DHL
What your background should look like:
- High school; University degree
- Previous experience at quality department is advantage, experience in WH enviroment is advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP
- Good knowledge of WH processes
- WH moving technique driving licence is advantage
- Level of English language according to Common European Reference for Languages: B1/B2
- Hardworking, open minded and independent team player
Working conditions:
- Follows local legislation and internal policies in the area of EHS and environmental protection
- Follows instructions for wearing of personal protective equipment (safety shoes, safety glasses and other depending on their working activities and local EHS regulations)
- Follows local rules for waste sorting, proper handling and storage of chemical substances and preparations
- Acts to prevent a fire in accordance to valid local rules
