Human Resources Manager


 

Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for developing relevant HR transformation & separation activities with regard to the proposed set-up of the New Nuclear Organisation in Switzerland/ Hungary/ Romania. You'll be partnering closely with the relevant stakeholders to coordinate the HR activities, policies and processes accordingly. Alongside providing HR client support to people leaders and employees in scope of New Nuclear located in these countries.

HR Client Group responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership and coaching to all levels of the organization.
  • Proactively assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations and implement appropriate development plans.
  • Drive HR accountability in terms of main deliverables re performance management, people reviews, recruitment, etc.
  • Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors.
  • Organize people leader and all employee communications when it comes to important information or training to be communicated across the client group, support workshop facilitation.
  • Support any organizational or change program (workday, org design,..). Contribute and participate in KPI’s and activities as part of the Lean journey of the HR organization.
  • Be a culture and engagement champion, foster spirit of collaboration and performance as well as a diverse and inclusive work environment.

As part of the preparation of the future New Nuclear organization:

  • Act as the HR point of coordination for any common HR activities to be made for the legal entity with key stakeholders
  • Ensure preparation and organization of the required Employee representative bodies
  • Other activities to ensure Day 1 and Day 2 readiness include (payroll readiness, benefits provision, social and welfare activities etc) with support of TR team and other relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Considerable successful HR experience in a complex environment
  • University Degree in HR field, or equivalent learning through experience Mastery of key HR processes (recruitment, salary planning cycles, talent management, …)
  • Solid knowledge of local labour laws and experience working and managing employee representatives’ bodies
  • Strong with processes and data management with experience translating data into action planning
  • Proven coaching and influencing capabilities
  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience and experience to drive programs independently
  • Fluent in English and at least one relevant second language
