We are looking for a Supply Chain Director to help us to succeed through setting strategy and long – terms plan to ensure efficiency and excellence in execution in 3 different CEE markets (CZSK, ROBG, HU).
Mission of CEE Supply Chain Director
- To effectively manage and optimize operations across all five markets ensuring supply chain management and coordination with EU partners.
- To drive transformation agenda and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs and maximize resource utilization in each of the markets.
- To ensure the highest standards of quality control and compliance with regulatory requirements in all operational activities.
- To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Finance to align operational strategies with overall company goals.
- To lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- To identify and implement technological advancements and process automation to streamline operations and drive operational excellence.
- To coordinate end to end value creation chain from product ideation to delivery to consumer & patient (R&I, IPRO, QFS, C&P & SCH coordination).
- To coordinate the countries business needs with Global and European Region support to make sure local business needs are met.
About the Job
Supply Chain Director is responsible for Planning, GPS, Logistics, Customer Solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Defines the Operations strategy integrating the supply chain through all the levers of the value chain (planning, customer, logistics)
- Ensures strategy execution through leading x-functional team and managing key stakeholders and partners inside and outside CBU
- Drives GPS process and its animation within the region, from the creation of the request to the pre-RF
- Leads the planning, customer service, performance, and logistics teams to provide the business with the best service at the best cost & C02 footprint.
- In collaboration with Top line team helps to drives OSA performance through customer collaboration and efficient order management.
- Ensures efficient RTM for each CEE market.
- Works on efficient DIO management through inventory, out stock forecasting model to anticipate cash flow impacts.
- Ensures COGS controlling and optimisation together with Finance team.
- Ensures key KPs are met.
- Drives and leads transformation projects and continuous performance and process improvement.
- Coordinates effectively end to end value creation chain (R&I, IPRO, QFS, C&P & SCH).
- Develops and leads high-performing team (5 direct reports)

About you
Key Functional skills
- At least 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain Director position
- Strong SC management capabilities (demand forecasting, supply planning, S&OP/GPS, logistics, customer service, customer collaboration, procurement)
- Financial acumen
- High proficiency level of data management and analysis
Key Leadership skills
- Strong stakeholders’ management, including excellent influence skills
- Strong people management, including HPT
- Efficiency and cost optimization mindset
- Strong change management capabilities
- Strong result orientation
Background
- Masters degree in Supply chain
- Proven successful experience 10+ years in the FMCG SC.
- Proven successful performance record in a complex / multi-cultural environment
