ROLE SUMMARY

The incumbent is the key EDM specialist with the introduction of the BAM module in S4 HANA and associated Service Now solution for capturing Bank account open/change/close, the requests for Treasury BPs will reach EDM via the relevant SNOW form workflows.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• 
  Creation and maintenance of Master Data objects for all British American Shared Services Europe customers in accordance with British American Shared Services Europe Master Data process designs;
• Creation and maintenance of multiple Data Objects in line with all business rules.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements( Data Steward and GTO teams)
• Ensuring accurate and timely update of TLDs delegated by Data Management (Task Level Descriptions) and the knowledge transfer within the DM team;
• Providing advice and support to other team members;
• Ensuring ad-hoc reports extracted from the system are dealt in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA);
• Ensuring timeless, accuracy and completeness of all Master Data; identifying and resolving data quality issues concerning Supplier Invoice Management tables;
• Adherence to the procedure manuals;
• SOX Controls;
• Cleanse exercises for data objects in scope if required

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

• 
  University Degree
• Good command of English, spoken and written
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office standard pack (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point)
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, positive and well organized
• Priorities own work / understands escalation trigger points
• SAP ECC and S4Hana proficiency
• High level of Microsoft Office suites knowledge
  English (reading, spoken and written) fluent level
• Data Management experience is a plus
• Team player
• Problem solving skills
• Communication skills
