Job Description
  • Planning and management of IT projects within a cross-functional (GS, CI, GB) agile international teams;
  • Responsibility for an agile squad;
  • Setting sprint goals;
  • Responsibility for brown field projects;
  • Responsibility for budget smaller than 150k Euro or being responsible for defining purchasing, logistics and finance processes ;
  • Creation of requirements and user stories;
  • Monitoring and acceptance of sprints;
  • Requirements engineering & management using design thinking patterns and UX;
  • Responsibility for budgeting and clarification of tasks, specification, process planning and to effort estimation, communication of project goals and risk management;
  • Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the team and the organization;
  • Creation of training and rollout concepts and coordination of their implementation;
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog;
  • Reads, understands, and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
  • Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior;

Qualifications


Studies:

  • University Diploma;
  • High school Diploma.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience in IT purchasing tools (SAP, cloud solution) and purchasing processes is required;
  • Language: Advanced English (written and spoken);
  • License/Diploma in Business, Economics, IT, or related field;
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Experienced in managing complex projects, but also capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members;
  • A deep understanding of the business environment and industry trends, with the ability to align projects with business objectives and develop effective business cases;
  • Flexibility and problem-solving abilities;
  • Team oriented and able to delegate tasks;
  • Willingness to travel for projects;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making abilities;
  • Interpersonal and intercultural understanding;
  • Self-determined and structured working style;
  • Highly motivated and engaged in work Orientation on goals, initiative, self-driven.
