We are in search of skilled and driven individuals for the position of Technical Implementation Lead , who bring with them robust project management expertise, to become a valuable part of our dynamic team. In this position you will play a pivotal role in the software development lifecycle of Iron Mountain’s applications in Romania.

What will you do

  • Performing thorough component analysis to understand the existing architecture and design of the application.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, deploy, and customize application components to meet the requirements and functional specifications.
  • Assessing potential solutions to address technical challenges and making informed decisions that align with the project goals.
  • Contributing to the estimation process by providing accurate time and resource estimates required for project initiation.
  • Assisting internal users or clients in their day-to-day activities, including data reconciliation, functional training, and troubleshooting issues to minimize the impact of application service outages.
  • Working closely with business users to understand their requirements and translating them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Developing new reports based on the business user's requirements, ensuring that the reports provide meaningful insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborating with the development team to ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the application components and add-ons.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development and implementation

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development and technical implementation, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as VB.NET and C#, along with hands-on experience in ASP.NET for web application development.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digitization industry, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of its trends and practices.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate and select the most suitable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and driving successful project outcomes
