We are recruiting for a Road/Rail Freight Forwarder to join our growing team
Responsible for the correct and timely: processing of quotations, order processing and implementation of transport according to customer requirements, entering calculations, issuing invoices, processing invoices.
Your tasks:
- Performs order receipt and clarification of customer requirements (checking data, clarifying layout), planning/layout, shipment order execution, internal order, progress information, shipment closing, billing (external, internal) and customer credit tracking.
- Ensures shipping notification, shipping documents and unloading records, status (tracking).
- Able to independently handle value added shipments (VAS), shipments for key customers.
Experience in the field of freight forwarding for at least 3 years condition, professional training in the product is an advantage. Active in both written and verbal, professional knowledge of Road/Railway transport, market knowledge, advanced PC knowledge, very good communication skills, independence in carrying out tasks.
