We provide a software platform that enables complex installations of hardware, such as charging stations for electric or hybrid vehicles. Our current focus is to support companies in their e-Mobility transition to renewable energy and electric and hybrid fleets. We are proud to use mostly proprietary software for planning and order management..
Responsibilities:
Technical
- Design, develop, and implement the frontend using Vue.js and Nuxt.js
- Collaborate with the backend team for smooth integration of features
- Ensure high standards of code quality through best practices and code reviews
- Optimize frontend performance for an impeccable user experience
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and trends
Leadership
- Oversee the frontend development team's daily activities, including scheduling and task allocation
- Mentor and guide frontend developers, fostering their growth
- Champion collaboration within the frontend team and with other units
- Play an active role in hiring and onboarding new frontend talents
- Work with the solutions team to ensure effective project execution
Strategy
- Influence the software platform's roadmap, bringing a frontend perspective
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation
Must have:
- Proven frontend development skills.
- Proficiency with reactive frontend frameworks, especially Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
- Experience with progressive web apps (PWAs) and service workers
- Experience with styling and utility-first CSS frameworks, notably Tailwind CSS.
- Experience in API development and integration.
- Good understanding of SQL, RDBMS, and database designs from a frontend integration perspective.
- Familiarity with distributed and event-based architectures.
- Experience in deploying and troubleshooting software in production environments.
- Passion for automated testing.
- Fluent English communication capabilities
- The associated soft skills needed to lead a team and interface with stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to cloud services, especially front-end services in AWS (e.g., AWS Amplify, S3 hosted web apps)
- Understanding of encryption utilities for frontend security, like SSL/TLS
- Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Rollup, Parcel)
- Proficiency in both functional and reactive programming paradigms relevant to frontend development
- Familiarity with other modern frontend frameworks or libraries (React, Angular, Svelte)
- Experience with native app development
