Tech Leader to join their visionary team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the
development of cutting-edge features for our trading platform, leveraging your
expertise in React, Node.js, and your passion for driving impactful change in the
financial technology landscape. Our client's trading platform is a powerhouse of
innovation, enabling seamless trading of digital securities, digital equity, and
investments in IPOs. As a full-service investment bank, our client's mission is to bridge
the gap between traditional finance and decentralized finance ("DeFi"). We're

Qualifications
- Commercial experience in projects with blockchain technology
- Proven experience in a Tech Leader role, with a focus on fullstack engineering and leadership.
- Expertise in React and Node.js, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions using these technologies.
- Strong backend development skills, including RESTful APIs, database management, and server-side scripting.
- Familiarity with financial instruments, securities trading, investment processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, driving innovation and excellence.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Finance, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently.
- Ability to use creative thinking to develop innovative solutions to business problems.
- Strong Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers to design and develop pioneering features for our alternate trading platform, leveraging your expertise in React and Node.js.
- Drive the creation of user-friendly interfaces and robust backend systems to support digital securities trading, equity transactions, and IPO investments.
- Participate in all stages of software development, from ideation and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Inspire your team to embrace the potential of blockchain technology, integrating it where relevant to elevate platform capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning.
