Requirements: .
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
- 3-5 years experience with a focus on delivering remote training/workshops to customers across EMEA.
- Experienced in Aconex or other SaaS products.
- Knowledge of the Construction & Engineering industries would be preferred.
- English mandatory, French, Arabic or Spanish in addition preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Main responsibilities:
- Delivering end user training/requirements gathering workshops to a portfolio of clients across EMEA; growing to perform information management consulting on our products.
- Effectively consulting with CEGBU management and colleagues to ensure successful customer engagements.
- Operating independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.
- Applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
- Participates in business development activities.
