What will you do
Perform vendor and customer database maintenance requests according to the process documentation and based on requests coming from the business (Invoice Processing Teams, Procurement, HR)
Process requests, from authorized/ approved Business Units representatives to update vendor and customer information (set up & modify accounts), ensuring compliance with internal procedures and internal controls systems
Handle insolvent vendors
Report: daily task allocation, KPI report, quality check, etc.
Maintain Certificate of Exemption and Gas & Electricity Reseller certificates in SAP
How do you know you are the right fit
Education/ Training: University Degree or relevant experience
Professional Experience: Beginner level - Knowledge of principles, practices, regulations and procedures as they relate to purchasing and accounts payable, knowledge of the application of data processing techniques to accounting systems
Languages: English (fluent written & spoken)
