At Software Development Academy we teach people how to code and become programmers in just a few months. We are present in many European countries (e.g. Poland, Romania, Estonia, Albania, Slovak and Czech Republic) and we just became the biggest teaching and learning hub for digital skills in the region by merging with Codecool.
Now we are looking for an ambitious and full of energy person in order to join our team in Bucharest as a Sales Specialist .

Requirements:
- Similar work experience, preferably 1 year of experience in sales to individual customers;
- Ambitious, talkative and energetic person with a proactive personality and great communication skills;
- Effective negotiator focused on building relationships;
- Willingness to develop the skills and learn;
- Interest in IT field and customer service;
- Native Romanian speaker
Beneficial skills:
- Experience with call centre systems and CRM systems;
- Experience in public speaking.
Responsibilities:
You will be working with the potential students of the academy, doing follow-up calls after the information meetings, as well as:
- Providing the highest quality of education consultancy (mostly via phone and e-mail);
- Providing information and solving customer problems, in order to register to a course ;
- Performing actions to acquire new customers (closing deals with potential customers, and catching up contacts from the webpage);
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients;
- Participation in other promotional activities , as events and exhibitions, when the case;
- Preparing documentation for the agreements, keeping records related to the registration process
