What you’ll do

  • Maintain contact with employees and respond to their requests, providing administrative support when needed
  • Take all telephone calls and direct them according to the caller's request, finding out the caller's identity which must be communicated
  • Keep a record of all telephone and fax numbers and addresses brought to his/her attention in various ways
  • Perform protocol activities
  • Determine the needs of the company's staff and orders the necessary supplies (papers, protocol)
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information related to the organization
  • Ensure and is responsible for the proper reception and dispatch of all faxes, letters and parcels
  • Stay in contact with the company's suppliers, communicate monthly to finance the office management costs


What you offer us
