In this role, you will provide CRM logging support to sales teams, for both Quotes and Orders, that will ensure customer RFQs and POs are handled in a timely manner and fulfill Emerson quality standards.

The job implies Working from Home flexibility.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Register in the electronic system all orders, quotations, and other similar requests from customers in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate CRM logs based on Emerson standards and procedures
  • Maintain an updated CRM database by adding new Customer contacts and accounts
  • Send acknowledgment of receipt for RFQs and POs to customer
  • Assign CRM tasks to the responsible person in the Sales Office
  • Provide support to the Sales team that meets customer requirements and ensures the highest standards of presentation
  • Update CRM database with the relevant information for every query that is being logged
  • Maintain soft copy documents
  • Facilitate archiving of all documents used in the logging phase in OCM
  • Flexibility, depending on urgent inquiries received at the sales desk

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

  • 1-year experience working in an administrative role, customer support, or related
  • English: advanced
  • Customer-focused, ensuring on-time and quality delivery of services to the customer
  • Great communication skills and teamwork
  • Plan and organize your time efficiently
  • Able to work in remote teams
  • Attention to detail!
