As a Dispute Representative, you will:

  • Verify validity of declared disputes
  • Carry out all actions related to the resolution of unpaid invoices
  • Issue credit and rebill request forms
  • Ensure that root causes are solved
  • Communicate credit notes and rebills to customers
  • Communicate closed cases to collection team
  • Keep SFDC queries up to date
  • Keep dispute team's documentation up to date
  • Update Credit/Rebill tracker
  • Follow up dispute on terminations

What you will bring into the role

  • French level C2/C1
  • English level B2
  • Experience in a Collection, Accounting and/or Billing department
  • Ability to prioritise work within the team
  • Strong attention to detail, rigorous, methodical
  • Good knowledge of Office Pack, Excel, SFDC, G-Suite, Billing ERPs
  • Good relational skills
  • Accounting skills
  • Proven track record in chasing and resolving dispute in a timely manner
