Ihre Aufgaben
  • Providing direction for all corporate financial functions so that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the organization's short and medium-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations and standards
•Activities may include credit control, cash flow, investment management, tax, insurance, treasury, internal audit, budgeting and forecasting, and foreign exchange •Leading a team of senior managers to ensure that the organization's financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines
  • Manage financial performance, ensure quality in month-end closing, accounting, reporting and forecasting
  • Actively participate in business operations, contracting, cost, efficiency and performance improvement areas
  • Participate in international projects, especially as a key user in the implementation of SAP 4/HANA
Ihr Profil
Your profile:
  • Business studies (university/university of applied sciences), preferably with additional qualification in accounting and controlling
  • Solid professional experience as a management member in accounting and controlling in international industrial companies
  • Analytical, conceptual skills with high communication competence, hands-on mentality and solid business partnering skills
  • Professional knowledge in Local GAAP and ICS compliance requirements
  • Strong leadership personality with ability to work in a team and integrity, solution-oriented and fact-based approach with ability to set priorities properly
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a team
  • In-depth experience in SAP and ideally Cognos
  • Excellent Romanian and English language skills, knowledge of Hungarian an advantage
  • Entreprenurial business results oriented with a growth mindset
