The Team

The Global Sales Systems team has a simple mission: to relentlessly drive improvement to our internal sales tools to help sales sell and be efficient and effective, driving customer success. Our team is responsible for all sales systems deployment internally at Oracle, in support of our 35,000 sales professionals. We partner closely with Oracle CX product development to improve these sales tools for Oracle and our customers. We are on the leading edge of technology deployment in a fast-paced and hands-on team.

The Sales Systems team is part of Global Revenue Operations, and based in Bucharest, Romania


The Role

Our team is looking for a Business Analyst-2-Ops to support global sales initiatives.

As a SME, Global Sales Systems, you will:

  • Be a trusted Subject Matter Export for your sales system / capability
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) including, in collaboration with product managers, writing and executing test scripts, coordinating UAT meetings and communications with participants
  • Execute testing, Coordinate, and communicate UAT status and bug reports
  • Collaborate across Global Sales Ops, Internal IT and Product Management to validate sales solutions and provide product feedback
  • Work closely with the Product management team across the project lifecycle to create and coordinate project deliverables
  • Develop divisional and cross systems partnerships
  • Document and maintain the solution workspace, actively tracking and reporting on production issues, collaborating with Internal IT and Sales Support
  • Perform complex tasks with assistance
  • Maintain production activities

Preferred Skills

  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of planning and executing testing / Business UAT coordination is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills with proven capability of building positive relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally, using different formats
  • Experience of Oracle Sales Solutions and Sales processes (or equivalent)
  • Proactive, “can do’ attitude
  • Works well independently and within a team
  • Detail orientated with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Goal oriented and capable of completing tasks on time with minimal supervision
  • Works well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Excellent English communication (Written and Verbal)
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business with exposure to project management / business analysis
  • Experience planning/coordinating others
  • 2-3 years’ experience in operations, systems testing, systems support, or similar background
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business with exposure to project management / business analysis
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience of data visualization tools
