Test Automation Technical Lead

 

We are looking for a Test Automation Technical Lead to join our growing team and be part of a large-scale project focused on test management and automation testing, having extensive interaction with project actors.

Support test manager in fulfilling strategic goals by providing technical support and help in terms automation
Responsible for the overall automation strategy and the effective tools and technologies selection for a specific project
Conducts analyses to determine the best tools given the goals of test automation in a specific project
Help and design test automation framework based on specific needs
Define required test environment and test data needs
Monitor, enhance, improve automation activities as per demand of project
Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for their testing organization
Writes and reviews automated tests
Review and ensure all the deliverables are complete and concise before delivering it to customer
Share automation best practices around framework and script development and maintenance
Proactively bring issues and problems to the attention of the team and propose solutions
Collaborate with team in mentoring and training team members for automation
Perform interviews and provide technical mentoring and training
Evaluate performance of test automation team
Writes and reviews automated tests

What we are looking for:

Extensive experience in creating test automation framework, using latest and relevant tools
Sound knowledge of different technologies and approach to automation
Deep understanding of testing methodologies and principles
Excellent verbal and communication skills, the ability to efficiently communicate with the stakeholders
Ability to research on his own/gather information from different stakeholders
Solid analytical and risk-assessing skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and learning capabilities
Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Advanced level of English

Technical skills:

5+ years of experience in Test Automation
Expertise in both defining and creating Test Automation Frameworks
Previous experience with Java, UFT, Tosca, Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, Spring Boot, GitLab, Octane
Experience in banking projects
ISTQB certification would be a plus
