As a Security Operations Business Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring, controlling, and improving the proper coverage and/or compliance for Cyber Security Baseline “super controls” and the related security products& services managed by VCI for one or more Local Markets /Group Functions. These products & services could be related to Vulnerability Management, Operational Security /Patching, Security Testing & Assurance (QA/Lifecycle), User Access Management, Business Continuity Management, audit support & certifications.
The overall goal would be to provide an interface between cyber security and compliance teams and Service Operations teams to develop the Local Market /Group Function to the highest level of security compliancy so to reduce and avoid the impact of internal/external cyber-attacks by keeping our infrastructure and services compliant to security requirements in order.
As the Security Operational Business Manager (SOBM) you will be accountable to manage and coordinate across all technical functions the necessary actions to maintain and improve the security level. You will be working closely with Local markets and Group Functions to understand their business & security needs. A close interaction and alignment with key senior but also technical stakeholders inside Local Market /Group Functions is essential to successfully deliver on the role.

- Plan and execute security programs by scheduling and tracking tasks, schedules, resources, and dependencies-facilitate & drive project meetings.
- Coordinate delivery of security services & products.
- Help to manage Security Maintenance windows & further drive the standardization of security maintenance Windows for all technologies /services (WMPC /Blueprint).
- Act as trusted advisor and delivery manager to the LMs and GFs.
- Analyze security trends and provide central governance and reporting model for the LM /GF.
- Participate in security service reviews.
- Manage and Coordinate Risk Acceptance activities.
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- 5 years’ experience in IT Service experience with knowledge of IT platforms, operating systems, or application services in conjunction with IT Security experience.
- General understanding of SOX, ISO 9000 /27000 family, PCI-DSS, ITIL and agile methodologies.
- Strong security and relationship management experience.
- Structured, organized and conscientiously.
- Confident communicator up to senior level executives and ability to confidently address issues and communicate solutions.
