Could you be the full-time Learning Program Manager we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your HR expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the Learning Design Manager, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.


You will be accountable for delivering an outstanding employee and manager experience as part of our Learning and Development Department . Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, participate or lead transverse projects (induction, training tools optimization, internal training development, etc.) and much more.


You’ll specifically work with the Talent Development Team to ensure training to support specific populations development needs, but also manage learning Management System and Back Office.


We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensure that trainings are displayed in the LMS, updated, and session created
  • Do regular reports to get a clear monitoring of learning activity and support functions with accurate data
  • Animate, communicate through the Talent and Learning network (training managers) and give visibility at the right moment on the programs status at the appropriate level to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Supervising the deployment and follow-up of training programs
  • Monitor: evaluation of training, training hours per person, supplier quality…. etc.
  • Establish pricing structure (Le. cost re-invoiced to participants) of each program and review it at least annually.
  • Propose budget and ensure forecast
  • Promote the program within the organization via workshops in regions, Newsletters, intranet articles, operational meetings, regular update to the HR managers of the specific function(s)
  • Propose new ideas to improve processes, or market the programs better.
  • Handle Performance measurements: training hours, number of participants to courses and events, costs, supplier performance

  • Degree or passion in Human Resources, Business, Engineer
  • 3-5 years’ experience as an HR, Talent development, or operational position mainly comprised of a Learning Role
  • Communication skills: being able to communicate and work with all kind of stakeholders (SVP, Experts, site HR etc.)
  • Project management: able to manage multiple actors & multiple projects
  • Negotiation, Convincing & Influencing skills
  • Ability to adapt to the change/lead change and innovation, problem solving skills
  • Networking – excellent interpersonal skills: foster open dialogue and listen, manage conflicts of ideas, act as a team player
  • Collaboration &Teamwork
  • Fluent in the English language, written and spoken
