Responsibilities
Driving localization planning and execution across 3 core regions and 6 GTM motions
Managing a global team of 4 experienced local content managers in house and multiple contractors/agencies to conduct business needs

Onboarding new hires, coaching team members while preparing rock stars for their next levelAssigning, delegating, and tracking tasks and projects across the team
Overseeing a quarterly and annual budget for ongoing localization needs
Championing for future improvements for budget efficiencies and scale, including utilizing agencies, service providers and technologies
Collaborating with demand gen, product marketing, events, and regional marketing teams
Staying on top of localization and translation best practices in the industry to ensure programs continue to drive effectiveness and efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Localization strategy experience: managing business needs, planning, budgets, process, and stakeholders for local content
- People Management experience: strong leadership skills, managing with a combination of confidence, empathy, and advocacy
- Persuasion: ability to get multiple stakeholders to buy into a vision and strategy for existing process and new pilots
- Advanced English and excellent communication skills: drive consensus and articulate program recommendations to senior executives
- Localization Technologies: Experience using CAT tools and/or Translation Management Systems, Machine Translation
