We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Expert to join our team in Romania. The ideal candidate should be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, have a strong command of social media platforms, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness for our app development services.
Responsibilities:
● Comprehensive Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to promote our app development services, focusing on driving sales growth and market expansion.
● Marketing Material Creation: Lead the creation of various marketing materials, including digital advertisements, flyers, brochures, presentations, and other collateral to effectively convey our service offerings.
● Online Campaign Execution: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO), to reach our target audience and generate leads.
● Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across various platforms. Create engaging content that enhances brand awareness, encourages user engagement, and drives website traffic.
● Collaboration with International Teams: Collaborate with teams in Dubai and the UK to design and execute lead-generation campaigns. Monitor and report on the success of these campaigns.
● Event Participation: Plan and participate in industry events and trade shows to build networks and promote our app development services.
● Market Trends Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and competitive activities. Identify emerging opportunities for growth and adjustment of marketing strategies.
● Website Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it effectively showcases our services and provides an optimal user experience.
● Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively and track the return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives.
● Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and media outlets.
● AI Digital Marketing Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of AI-driven digital marketing strategies and incorporate relevant techniques to enhance our marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
● 5 to 7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, online campaigns, and strategy development.
● Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.
● Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas both internally and externally.
● Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content and marketing materials.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Familiarity with AI-driven digital marketing strategies is preferred.
● Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
