Digital Delivery Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead execution of our Digital roadmap. As a manager within the Web Development & Operations team, you’ll lead a small team of capable and enthusiastic Digital executives fostering a high-performance team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers and digital marketers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality digital products and services. Your strong leadership skills and technical expertise will be instrumental in driving project success and achieving business objectives aligned to strategic goals. The Digital Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in driving performance and enhancing customer experiences across multiple websites. Ensuring our platform is supported and available is critical to our success. And by driving the delivery of our exciting roadmap, you would contribute to the success of our performance marketing targets and value delivery through our B2B buyer funnels across our website portfolios.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Ownership: Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline monitoring. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, designers, content creators, and marketing professionals, to define project requirements, clarify objectives, and align deliverables. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to drive effective teamwork.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their digital needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans. Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Backlog Prioritisation: Contribute to the development of delivery roadmaps – working closely with the UX and CRO functions to make data-driven decisions to prioritise the most valuable deliveries.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, clients, and vendors, to understand their needs, gather feedback, and manage expectations. Provide regular project updates and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital products and services. Conduct thorough testing and review to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks and implement appropriate contingency plans to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess project performance and effectiveness. Generate project reports and present findings to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and optimise the digital delivery process.
  • Website expertise: Utilise your website expertise to help remove blockers and find the optimal way to meet deliveries without introducing technical debt and ensure the site is available, supported, stable and performant with support tickets rapidly resolved.

Qualifications and skills:

  • 4+ years’ experience in managing and delivering digital projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, web development, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing concepts including SEO.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience with risk management and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, KPI tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving accountability.
  • Experience working on global platforms and with outsourced development partners
