We are looking for apassionate and dedicated Technical Solution Content Designer tojoin our global product management team. In this versatile position, you willbe responsible for developing and creating technical documentation tostrengthen our company's brand and attract the interest of our target group.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Writing and editing technical documents including technical publicationsand presentations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, productmanagers, and marketing professionals, to gather information and createcontent.
- Organizing and structuring content to up-skill and enable sales force topromote our products.
- Reviewing and revising existing content to keep it up-to-date andrelevant.
- Incorporating user feedback and addressing queries or concerns toimprove documentation.
- Conducting regular audits to identify content gaps and opportunities forimprovement.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, technologies, and bestpractices to enhance content quality.
- Publishing technical documents via various channels, including website,social media and newsletters
- Organization of internal and external events to support communicationactivities.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor'sdegree in a related field, such as engineering or marketing
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a technical communication role, technicalcontent development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong writing and editing skills, as well as proficiency in technicalwriting tools and software, are essential
- Sound knowledge of online marketing, social media and content creation
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative technical documents,using multiple sources such as specification documents, data sheets, technicalcase studies, operating manuals, industry standards, new product developments,etc.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to organize and drivemultiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, and the ability to collaborateeffectively with team members as well as with various internal and externalstakeholders
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Flexibility to work in the environment of a global company e.g. trainingin Germany
- Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the B2B Energysector, would be desirable
