Our client is a leading laboratory testing company, providing reliable and accurate analytical services across industries. Responsibilities:
- Develops the relationship with existing customers, managing a constant portfolio of accounts in the following areas of the country: Bacau, Cluj, Timisoara, Dolj, Sibiu, Brasov;
- Negotiates contracts, supervises their performance, has responsibility for the process of invoicing / collecting the services provided;
- It is familiar with the entire analysis portfolio of the company, necessary in discussions with existing and potential clients;
- Actively approaches new clients, with the preparation of company presentations and their support, identifying customer needs and preparing proposals accordingly;
- Actively approaches existing customers by presenting the new analysis packages available, when applicable;
- Identifies potential or existing problems in partnerships established with clients, with the proposal of quick solutions for solving, for the benefit of the parties involved;
- Proactively identifies new business opportunities, with a direct approach to those potential customers;
- Has full responsibility for fulfilling the targets allocated for the allocated portfolio;
- Develops and adapts strategies for approaching potential customers, with attention paid to market trends and competition monitoring;
- Draws activity reports / action plans and aligns them with the direct superior;
- It is responsible for the correctness of the data and information provided, for providing them within the agreed deadlines;
- It is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the data and information with which it comes into contact and which are the property of the company;
- It is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve personal activity / results and discussing them with the direct superior;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Management / Business Process Design; any specialization in Life Sciences (i.e. chemistry, biochemistry, food engineering, biotechnology, molecular biology) would be a strong advantage;
- A minimum of 5 years of consistent full-cycle Sales experience, with predominance in selling services; Previous experience: ideal competitor on food tests, Sales of B2B food additives services, complex equipment lines, or previous commercial exposure related to the field of Life Sciences and/or sale of laboratory-related products and services would be a strong advantage;
- Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Result-driven and service-oriented, open-minded, proactive, analytical thinker;
- Track-record of successful negotiations in complex business settings;
- The ability to operate effectively with tight deadlines, limited resources and ambiguity;
- The ability to communicate effectively and deliver results in quickly changing business environments;
- Strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, advanced work experience with CRM ( MS analytics ) and bidding software, experience with complex offers, different matrices for the same methods.
- Availability for extensive field work;
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Compensation and Benefits:
- Quarterly variable compensation scheme as per meeting the KPI-s and sales targets set together with your direct supervisor
