We are looking for a talented experienced Program Manager to support with Communication & Branding programs for our rapidly growing and evolving Technical teams in Romania. This individual will have a demonstrated passion for running University programs, providing insightful analysis of communication and feedback channel data; support in reducing risk to the business by suggesting programs to empower the next generation of high-performing engineers and leaders.
Candidates must have a successful record of providing insightful reporting based on data, identifying trends. You will play a key role in driving the culture and direction of the Ro Tech leadership team to be in sync with employees and enable Amazon to Strive to be Earth's Best Employer. Your insights will provide critical context and build understanding of our employee’s needs, wants and concerns to business leaders. You will work across tech teams and recruitment teams to leverage existing data and employee/candidate engagement channels.

Key job responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Academic programs with Universities in Bucharest, Iasi and Timisoara.
• Plan and establish country level presence in Tech events, like meet-ups or conferences
• Plan, establish and oversee the company's social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding.
• Set up and manage an online marketing program to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company in sync with business need.
• Communicate to leadership data analysis and draw conclusive action points in relation to the complete employee experience
• Actively manage the timeline and deliverables of projects, providing updates to stakeholders; raising blockers and proposing solutions

Bucharest, ROU | Iasi, ROU

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
• 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech teams experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, PR or employee engagement
