HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Identifies automation opportunities during workshops, kaizen events and ideation sessions
  • Develops rapid automation solutions for initiatives logged in the GBS Project Submission Portal
  • Understands bottlenecks and provides technical solutions on specific process challenges
  • Discovers, tests and implements automation ideas that have potential to deliver value across multiple processes
  • Documents the solutions developed
  • Acts as tech scout and performs industry research on best practices and applications


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a global dynamic environment
  • Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and rapid automation solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA)
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (Power Platform: SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI etc.)
  • Good understanding of continuous improvement concepts (including Lean and Six Sigma) (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of SAP, Tableau, Celonis (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Analytics (Preferred)
