HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Identifies automation opportunities during workshops, kaizen events and ideation sessions
- Develops rapid automation solutions for initiatives logged in the GBS Project Submission Portal
- Understands bottlenecks and provides technical solutions on specific process challenges
- Discovers, tests and implements automation ideas that have potential to deliver value across multiple processes
- Documents the solutions developed
- Acts as tech scout and performs industry research on best practices and applications
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Minimum 3 years experience in a global dynamic environment
- Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and rapid automation solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA)
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (Power Platform: SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI etc.)
- Good understanding of continuous improvement concepts (including Lean and Six Sigma) (Preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP, Tableau, Celonis (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Analytics (Preferred)
