Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and devoted Account Manager for our Sales team. Your role is to provide customer support and ensure long term relations with the customer. Your role consists of maintaining good and healthy relationship with the customer, listening to their queries, handling their accounts and provide them best of the services offered by the company. Listening to the customer attentively and resolving the customer complaints patiently are the essential qualities required by this job.

Responsibilities

  • Development of sales by maintaining good relations with the customers.
  • Determine prospective customers through references and ensure timely follow up.
  • Resolve customer complaints on priority basis.
  • Determine and record sales tracks.
  • Train and mentor the staff to maximise sale.
  • Determine new opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with other departments to make sure client receives what they request for.
  • Determine monthly sales target and make sure they are achieved within the proposed deadline.
  • Keep record of client transactions and update it at regular intervals.
  • Implement new business development strategies to enhance sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales Management or relevant field.
  • 4 years of working experience as an Account Manager Sales.
  • Proficient in CRM softwares and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding project management and time management skills.
